Retreat info

This retreat works best if you treat it as an entirely off-grid experience, maintaining silence whenever possible. You'll meditate for 6-10 hours a day, including individual and group sits.

Core live sessions run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, with a suggested practice window of 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For participants in Europe, we offer a schedule from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM CEST. All lectures are recorded for flexibility, though the retreat works best for time zones in the Americas, Europe, and Africa.

What's included:

  • Full week of guided curriculum (same as in-person)
  • 1-on-1 facilitation sessions
  • Group meditation instruction
  • All lecture recordings
  • AI facilitator available 24/7
  • Post-retreat Circle alumni community access
FAQs

What you'll need

A private, quiet space where you can meditate undisturbed for the full duration of the retreat. A reliable internet connection, a laptop with a camera, and a microphone for daily sessions. Household cooperation: let anyone you live with know you'll be fully dedicated to practice for the week.

Are online retreats as effective as in-person?

Yes. Our data shows similar results across both formats — both in the percentage of participants who access jhanas and in overall satisfaction. The curriculum is identical. And since jhanas are discovered in the privacy of your own mind, the quality of instruction and your environment matter more than whether other participants are physically next to you.

Before you book

You must be at least 18 years old to attend. Participation requires completing a mental health screening and signing required agreements.

This is a full-week immersive retreat. Despite being online, you'll be meditating and engaging with the curriculum all day, every day. You'll need to clear all outside commitments and plan to be mostly offline for the entire week. Please only sign up if you can attend the full program — if you foresee any conflicts, reach out to us before booking.

All prices are listed per person and include the complete week-long retreat program.

This retreat is designed for participants in US and European time zones. Attending from Asian or other time zones is not recommended, as the time difference typically impacts the retreat experience. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss options.

Please wrap up any important plans before your kick-off session and dedicate the rest of the week fully to meditation.

The jhanas may be the single most important thing on the planet right now. You may think it's superintelligence or longevity. That's nothing without wellbeing.
