Our retreats fill up quickly, so register now.
Plan to dedicate 6-10 hours per day to meditation.
For our full-time retreats, you are expected to clear your schedule and fully commit to the experience.
With our work-compatible retreats, there is more flexibility on when you attend the sessions, but you are still expected to fully commit to the experience and set aside time to meditate.
Our online retreats work best with time zones in the Americas, Europe, and Africa. For Asian and other time zones, please email us to discuss before booking.

Our in-person retreats are all-inclusive—they include lodging and meals, in addition to our instruction and group meditation sessions, but you are responsible for transportation to/from the retreat.

◆ July 11–18: Blue Spirit Retreat Center (Costa Rica)
◆ August 28 – September 4: Kripalu (near New York and Boston; Massachusetts)
