Choose your own location with our online retreats

Plan to dedicate 6-10 hours per day to meditation. For our full-time retreats, you are expected to clear your schedule and fully commit to the experience. With our work-compatible retreats, there is more flexibility on when you attend the sessions, but you are still expected to fully commit to the experience and set aside time to meditate. Our online retreats work best with time zones in the Americas, Europe, and Africa.

For Asian and other time zones, please email us to discuss before booking.
