What's in the challenge?

Learn the basic Jhourney technique

Over 7 short meditations, you will learn the core components of the Jhourney jhana meditation technique.

Relaxation, curiosity, enjoyment, dealing with distractions, tying it all together and a bonus ‘imitate an expert’ sit.

7-day commitment for 20 minutes daily

In each recording, one of our facilitators explains a particular technique, and then you will practice the skill with a short guided meditation.

Each day builds on the previous one.

Tools to make your meditation enjoyable

The challenge is designed to show you a complete set of interconnected skills you can use to make meditation deeply enjoyable and transformative.

After a week, you will be able to build a new practice off the back of the tools you learn.

Test if you enjoy the Jhouney approach

In 7 days, you will learn a large chunk of the tools we teach on retreat. However, to reach your first jhana you will likely need a retreat — most beginners benefit from 40+ meditation hours and guidance of an experienced facilitator.

The challenge will help you decide if you like the teaching style and if the retreat would be a good next step for you.

The jhanas may be the single most important thing on the planet right now. You may think it’s superintelligence or longevity. That’s nothing without wellbeing.
